I’ve been reading again Susan Sontag’s On photography and had some hard times with her perception about surrealist photographers but also it forced me to think about what I’m doing. Nothing in clear yet, just random thoughts and ideas.
I’m just producing good looking images without anything behind them? if that’s the truth there’s something bad with that? or maybe I’m achieving in some way my goal of create images where the skin have multiple interpretations and the blurry division between shape and background is a visual representation of changing roles in a post modern world?
